BROWNBOX OFFICE MALAYSIA guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. BROWNBOX will repair or replace any product with a comparable component or product, which is under normal and reasonable use for the product. Damage or repair resulting from misuse, accident, vandalism, or alteration of the product from its original condition, shall NOT be considered a manufacturing defect

Important information about bark and wood :-

Leather is a natural product. Scars, cracks and creases are evidence of authenticity. This typical feature does not cause complaints.

Wood is a natural product, which means that differences in color, gain, and structure cannot always be avoided. This applies to colors in the color chart and subsequent shipments. This delivery does not give cause for complaint.

The following cases are not covered by the Warranty :-

1. Natural variation in wood grain, figures or the presence of character marks.

2. Changes in surface finish, including colorfastness, due to aging or exposure to light.

3. Marks, scars or wrinkles that occur naturally on the skin.

4. Failure due to normal wear and tear.

5. Pilling from textiles.

6. Matching colors, details or textures of natural materials.

7. Color fastness or textile color matching, including exact matching with clippings, samples or swatch cards.

8. Damage from sharp objects or prints from stationery, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

9. Damage, marking or staining of cushions due to prolonged exposure to weight stacked on top (stackable chairs).

10. Discoloration of any light colored textile due to dirt, stains or dye transfer from clothing including denim

11. Foreign objects wear out the fabric over time.

12. Products that have been exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subjected to improper storage.

13. Damage, swelling, marking or staining of laminated chipboard wood surfaces due to exposure to liquids.

14. Products classified as Custom Made, Custom Made or inappropriate.

The product replacement process may take up to 6 weeks.​
