Our products are made to order.
Products will be shipped within 3~7 business days.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
The day before delivery,
Our logistics team will call to confirm the delivery time.
A charge of RM50 will apply if the delivery time is changed at the last minute.
Terms and conditions
When you purchase any product ("Product") and/or handling, delivery, installation and/or any other service ("Service") from BrownBox by Igreen Office Furniture ("we", "us") at www.brownbox. my ("Website"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with us based on these Terms of Purchase. Each order you use to purchase Products and/or Services will be referred to as an "Order".
Place an Order
Your order is considered an offer to purchase Products and/or Services from us at the price specified in the order confirmation email. You also need to provide us with an active email address and phone number so that we can contact you easily.
After placing your Order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This contains the order number, details of the Products & Services you have ordered and the total cost of the Order.
Orders will be accepted after payment is made. No changes are allowed after the order is placed.
BrownBox reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Your order is only accepted by us when we send you a Shipping Notification email.

Shipping & installation isfreein the Klang Valley area if purchases over RM1500.
Areas not including free delivery & installation services : Rawang, Serendah, Kapar, Puncak Alam, Kuala Selangor, Bukit Beruntung, Tanjung Malim, Kajang, Seri Kembangan, Mahkota Cheras, Bangi, Semenyih, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Port Klang, Teluk Panglima, Jenjarom , Carey Island, Ketam Island, Indah Island, Tanjung Sepat, Sepang.

We are unable to accommodate special requests for delivery, such as calling ahead, delivery on a specific date/time.

Return & Exchange Policy
Items sold cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or damage caused by third parties.

We check all items before shipping to ensure they are correct and in good condition.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please e-mail our customer service team at sales@brownbox.my or call online 6012-9381933 along with the image. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check your item on the spot upon receipt.
